Whether it is a large project or a compact piece of advice
We make an appointment on location or online (...hybrid) to get to know each other.
Where do you want to go with your website/app/application
Nothing complicated, just practical steps!
Simply up to our ankles in the mud
Which people do we need and what is the timeline?
All free. For zip, zilch, nada. We like to show what we can do. And even more, we like to show that we can help you. We come by or call in and then get to work for you. You get a nice package that you can move forward with. With us, but also with another agency. (that would be a bit sad for us of course, but 'all in the game') Free Expert Review>>
Sometimes, as a client, you need someone 'from outside' to get everything clear again. Sometimes you don't know enough about certain topics yourself, or you simply don't have the time or people to do it. That's where I come in. I can do all of the parts, but you can also ask me to help with an intermediate step.
We look at the competition and developments in the market and compare them with your wishes. We put together advice on how and where to start.
We visit the website or webshop as a mystery guest. We look at the various components that are important for a well-functioning website and/or webshop. We also check whether the CMS has been set up smartly.
It is very important to work with a party that suits your assignment. Every agency is different. A 'click' is needed to achieve the best result. If you're not working with us, that is ;-)
I draw up the request for quotation that goes to the pre-selected agencies and/or I assess the quotes that come in.
On content and on price.
On behalf of your company, I can act as a delegated product owner. The agency talks to me, and I make sure the right thing gets built.
With our very experienced Nepalese team, we build Umbraco and .Net core websites at a very attractive rate. More value for your money!
Once the product has been delivered by the builder, I help with checking it. Does it meet the specifications and does it really work?
Time for a party (and often relief): the site goes live. If all is well, everything works. But what next? I put everything clearly on paper.
Once the site is live, everything needs to be kept up to date. I provide a manual and instruction for the web editors.
Of course it's great if you're really good at one thing or really enjoy one thing.. Sometimes that sounds wonderful to me. But the fact is that I like doing lots of different things, and enjoy lots of things. I talk just as happily with the director as with the cleaner. I like giving strategic advice, but I'm just as happy to help an editor with a CMS solution. Writing advice autonomously is fun, but I'm just as happy to work alongside the team on the floor.
You have your own IT department with capable builders, or maybe 1 super code guru.... Then of course you can simply build in-house. But where do you start? How do you get your team set up quickly and working efficiently with the right tools? I show the way in Umbracoland. I know what you can arrange with Umbraco HQ, which freelancers/agencies are suitable to provide support, which packages are needed, and whether the implementation is good.
