3. AI in your Umbraco (we set it up)

Umbraco 17 simply has AI on board. We switch it on for you, teach it how your organization sounds and agree on what it may and may not do. You don't have to do anything for it (except work a lot faster soon).

    Everything switched on and set up: the AI knows your tone, your editors get a fixed set of helpers (alt texts, summaries, rewriting, translating, search engine texts) and clear ground rules are in place. Including one hour of explanation for your editorial team. Fixed price: €750
  • Custom agent
    A helper that does exactly what your editorial team needs. Thought through properly once, then used every day. From: €950
  • Custom agent with integration
    The same, but connected to one of your systems (your CRM, your planning, your product data). From: €1,500
  • Automation
    Let Umbraco pick up work itself, for example with a new form or a new page. A human always looks at it first before anything goes live. From: €450 each

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What exactly is included in AI Start?

    We switch on the AI in your Umbraco, connect it to an AI model, teach it your organization's tone and give your editors a fixed set of helpers. On top of that come ground rules: what the AI may and may not do, and who may work with it. Finally, we explain it to your editorial team in one hour.

  • Are there any additional license costs?

    No. Umbraco's AI components are open source. You only pay for the use of the AI model itself, directly to the provider. We are not in between.

  • What do I need to get started?

    A website on Umbraco 17. Still on an older version? Then we first do the migration (see above) and set up the AI immediately afterwards.

  • When do I need a custom agent?

    When the fixed set is not enough. For example, when you want a helper that writes news items in your standard structure, or that retrieves data from another system. In doubt? Then we will tell you honestly whether the fixed set is already sufficient.

  • Can the AI just publish something?

    No. The AI makes suggestions, your editor decides. And we configure it so that sensitive data does not pass through it.

  • What is the difference between a prototype and an MVP?

    A prototype is an example to look at and click through. Handy for showing your idea or testing it with colleagues. An MVP really works: people can log in and get started with it. We often start with the prototype and then continue building.

  • Do I have to purchase management?

    No, that's up to you. But an agent or automation needs attention now and then (systems change, and so do customer questions). With management, we keep an eye on things and make adjustments before you are bothered by it.

  • Can you also migrate from Umbraco 7 or 8?

    Yes. From any earlier version. The older the version, the more it resembles a rebuild, and we will honestly tell you so. Your content, your structure and what you have built up in the search engines come along.

  • Is it also possible if I have multiple sites in one Umbraco?

    Especially then. We do the base once, and each site that is added costs only a fraction. The more sites, the lower the price per site.

  • Prepaid hours card or SLA, which suits me?

    With the prepaid hours card you buy hours that you use when you need them. With the SLA you pay a fixed amount per month and the agreements are fixed. Need something now and then? Then the prepaid hours card is enough. Don't want to have to worry about it? Then take the SLA.
