Joyce Datema is the expert in the field of Mixed teams people-first AI and AI adoption in organisations. Her own method is called the AI car wash, which can be applied to all knowledge domains and processes. She gives training sessions, guides boardrooms, organises the AI Café and has a growing range of online events. Her website had to keep up with all of that. And preferably also be easier to find for AI search engines such as ChatGPT and Perplexity — because that is kind of her thing, after all.
What was the problem?
Joyce works with several platforms at the same time: Webinargeek for online events, Aidoptable as her own AI adoption tool, and an ever-expanding offering. The old website could not keep up with that. She wanted one place that ties everything together, that she can easily manage herself and that positions her as the expert she is.
What did ZAAKS! do?
We designed the website in Claude design, created the optimised HTML with Claude Code and built the site in Umbraco 17 — the fastest, most modern version, and perfect for AI integrations. The event calendar automatically links data with Webinargeek. The Aidoptable tool is seamlessly built in. Managing content is quick and intuitive, even without a technical background.
And perhaps the best part: we set up the site for GEO and AEO from the very start. This means that AI search engines understand the site, can read it and want to cite it. For someone who helps others with AI adoption, that is quite a nice full circle.
Of course, in Umbraco 17 we set up all the AI tools and put a number of agents to work that monitor the website.
What does it deliver?
Joyce manages her own site, adds events, adjusts services — all without having to call us. The integrations run automatically. And the AEO structure ensures that she becomes increasingly easy to find in AI search engines too.
For Joyce we also built Daatje.nl in Umbraco 17, by the way, the first employment agency for agents. (even though others claim that too, this one really is)
