With a well-thought-out multisite architecture, a strong concept and a lot of attention to the user experience. Depnet is inspired by initiatives such as Kanker.nl — a platform that connects people who have something in common, and at the same time gives them a personal environment in which to share their own story.
What was the problem?
A community platform in six languages is already complex enough. But there also had to be a personal environment: publishing your own blogs, taking little tests, getting in touch with professionals. And all of that in an environment that feels safe, familiar and pleasant.
What did ZAAKS! do?
We built Depnet on Umbraco as a multilingual multisite — six language versions, one management system. The community layer offers personal profiles, blog functionality, interactive little tests and the option to get in touch with professionals. Concept, design, development and testing: all by ZAAKS!.
What does it deliver?
A platform that gives people in six languages their own place to share experiences and get in touch with people in the same situation and with professionals. Scalable, secure and easy to manage.
