What was the problem?

Human Forces is a player in the ZZP and recruitment market. They did not only need a representative website — they needed a platform that could support the matching process digitally from start to finish. From application through to scheduling interview sessions.

We maintained the websites of Human Forces for 15 years. In addition we built a complex ZZP recruiter platform in .Net, with a full application flow, a module for online appointments and digital interview sessions. All aimed at smoothly connecting supply and demand in the flexible labour market.
